The newest patent awarded to Google's arch nemesis is for a technique that will shed light on how usage log file acquired from a netizen's ISP and even toolbar can give information that will help in ranking pages more efficiently. Said data can also propel a page into a higher level in a search engine with multiple levels. Along with the last patent awarded to Yahoo!, this one was acquired during July 2008.
