Internal Duplicate Content

You most likely have heard of duplicate content but are you aware of "internal duplicate content"?

This is when two or more pages on your site have almost the exact same content and it happens a lot more then you may realize.

Google absolutely hates internal duplicate content and if you are using some of the more popular free content management systems you might be victim of it and not even be aware of it.

This can be very damaging to your site in regards to how Google looks upon it and can directly relate to the sites rankings.
